2.2 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction; and (c) you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
2.3 manis33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age upon request will result in account suspension pending verification.
2.4 Members are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations applicable to online gaming in their jurisdiction. manis33 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Malaysian players acknowledge that online gambling laws in Malaysia are subject to change and accept full personal responsibility for their use of the Platform.
2.5 Only one account per individual is permitted. The creation of duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds held therein.
3.1 To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number.

You must notify manis33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 manis33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where false, misleading, or incomplete registration information has been provided.
4.1 All transactions on the manis33 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction.
4.2 manis33 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, and BTC. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are detailed on the Platform's banking page.
4.3 Withdrawals are available only to Members who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. manis33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.
4.4 manis33 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. Processing times vary by payment method: Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost withdrawals typically process within 30 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers typically process within 1–3 banking hours. These timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
4.5 Any funds that have been deposited but not wagered may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal. manis33 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
4.6 Funds deposited on the Platform are held in segregated accounts separate from manis33's operational funds. However, manis33 does not provide any guarantee in respect of the return of deposited funds in the event of insolvency.
5.1 manis33 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback programmes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.
5.2 Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are detailed in each individual promotion's terms.
5.3 manis33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of manis33 is final.
5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, use of automated betting systems, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
5.5 VIP programme benefits, including cashback rates, withdrawal priority tiers, and personal account manager assignments, are subject to the separate VIP Programme Terms published on the Platform.
6.1 All Games available on the manis33 Platform are operated by licensed third-party game studios. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.
6.2 manis33 employs certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all software-based games. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment under the oversight of independent studio operators. 6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or wager, manis33 reserves the right to void the affected round(s). Where a technical error results in an incorrectly displayed or credited win, manis33 reserves the right to reclaim the erroneously credited funds.
6.4 Sportsbook bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. manis33 reserves the right to limit bet amounts on individual markets at its sole discretion. In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), affected bets may be voided.
7.1 Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the manis33 Platform:
7.2 Violation of any prohibition in clause 7.1 may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account, without prejudice to any legal remedies available to manis33.
8.1 manis33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Member has breached these Terms; (b) manis33 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (c) a responsible gaming self-exclusion has been activated; or (d) manis33 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
8.2 Upon termination of an account for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the Member's registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
8.3 Members may close their own accounts at any time by contacting manis33 customer support. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons will be treated with priority and may include self-exclusion options of varying durations.
9.1 All content on the manis33 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game content, trademarks, and textual content — is the proprietary property of manis33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other rights in the Platform's intellectual property are granted to Members.
9.3 Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, manis33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.
10.2 manis33's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 manis33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit manis33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 manis33's collection, use, storage, and protection of Member personal data is governed by the manis33 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.
11.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that certain data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and licensed KYC verification service providers in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
12.1 manis33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides Members with tools including: deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account dashboard at any time.
12.2 Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration selected. During a self-exclusion period, manis33 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded Member from accessing the Platform and to remove the Member from marketing communications.

13.2 Prior to commencing any formal legal proceedings, Members agree to attempt resolution of any dispute through manis33's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support and allowing up to 30 calendar days for a response.
13.3 Where manis33 is licensed by an applicable gaming authority, Members may also escalate unresolved complaints to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
14.1 manis33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
